REFUND POLICY
At Jasmine's Jems, we're committed to keeping our customers and staff safe during this difficult time. In order to help stop the spread of Covid-19, we are not accepting returns. We will gladly accept any defective items. All products must be unopened and in its original packaging and condition. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. To return a defective item, please contact us at info@shopjasminesjems.com.
Please make sure that you choose the correct product and check product details for important product information before finalizing your purchase.
PROCESSING
Once you've received a confirmation number, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and handling.
SHIPPING
Once your order is processed and shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via email. We ship Monday through Friday and do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.
Jasmine's Jems is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once handed over to our shipping provider.
